BIO Steve Shachter is a Nationally Renowned artist who currently resides in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania. He received his B.A. with Honors in 1982 at the Pratt Institute. In 1989, his work was chosen as the Official National Poster for the U.N. International Year of the Oceans posters.
